To Whom It May Concern;

This unique program helped my family and I obtain a home, through lease/purchase option, despite my credit issues. I have an excellent job, but some credit issues that prevent me from qualifying for a home loan at this time.

However, because of this unique "up to two years lease/purchase" program, it allows me some time to resolve my credit issues, therefore qualifying for a home loan, and purchasing the home myself.
