Washington Lease To Own

We came to the United States from Thailand. It was very strange for us. When we arrived I, Somyos worked hard, saved money and bought a truck to make more money with my own business. I worked even harder but could not succeed. The company took back my truck. We were very sad and the members of our church were sad for us too. Montakaran has a job like the one she had in Thailand, working as a nurse's assistant but she had to wait a long time to get a certificate in the U.S. No one would lend us the money to buy a house. We really want a house.

When I talked to you I could not believe that anyone would help us like that. I wanted to do it but Montakaran would not agree. We went away. We talked about it for two weeks. I wanted to do it very badly and Montakaran said yes.

I gave you the money. Your realtor showed us the houses. We picked one. You made an offer. You needed more money to make payment and Montakaran agreed to help pay. Montakaran will work at her job and start a business in our home doing hair styling and nails to make more money to help pay.

We are very happy. You did a good job. We will tell our friends at church that you helped us. Thank you.
