Dear Kamal,

I just think it’s such a big kick writing this letter to you about your lease to own homes program. I have been a real estate agent for a few years now and to tell you the truth when I first encountered the lease to own idea it was because another agent had made an offer on one my listings. It seemed so strange I suppose because I had never seen an offer made this way before so I had some trouble wrapping my brain around it. My sellers did too but after we worked our way through everything it turned out to be something that worked for them. It must have been that way because after they accepted the offer and closed the sale they were able to move on to what it was that they really needed to do. So, the more I thought about it the more I began to realize that it was a win-win-win-win-win for everybody involved, even though it is a bit more complicated than your usual two party transaction.

So when Jim Freeman in my office asked me to help with some potential tenants I was absolutely ready to give it a try to get more detail on how it worked from the tenant’s perspective. The first time I worked with some tenant-optionors I soon realized what a great thing it was for them to get into a home while improving their credit at the same time. A lot of people that I work with want to buy a home but don’t manage their credit well, don’t save for down payment and, really, don’t have anyone knowledgeable to advise them about all of that stuff. I could see that for some people this was the best way to get into or back into homeownership.

Well, I think you know my personal story well enough. I am a single mom with two nearly grown children. After the breakup of my marriage I was left without owning a home and my own credit had been damaged by the divorce. Here I was, helping lots of other people get into homes but I couldn’t help myself! Thanks in part to the number of transactions that I have been able to put together with Washington Lease To Own LLC my income has improved.

As I said I could see from the inside out that your way of doing business did truly help people become homeowners so I thought why can’t I benefit from this program as well? So I became one of your tenant-optionor clients too! Ironic? Or just a smart move? I think it is the latter.
 

Your investor closed on a home that I chose. I am really happy with the payment terms and the option price. Of course I know all of the details and how everything works and I love my new home! I am already making plans to improve it and working toward qualifying for my loan to purchase it as soon as possible. I am happy that the investor will make money because I know what he has done to go out of his way to help me.

I am also quite willing to recommend this to anyone else who wants the same benefits that I am getting. That is for sure because I have already brought 2 other clients into the program to find them homes! I guess you could say that I am an evangelist for Washington Lease To Own LLC. It feels great to be able to help people solve real problems that they have and tell them that it worked for me too.
