Lee and Tanya Harper Nancy, I just wanted to let you know that the program you offered to us has given us a chance to get our finances in order while buying the home we wanted. You allowed us to pick the house, helped us get counseling to clear up our credit, and get us on track to change some spending habits so we don’t fall into the same situation in the future. Without this program, we would be throwing money away for a long time on rental property, which we had no intention of trying to purchase. We treat this home as our own because we know that it will be in our name soon. We feel free to decorate landscape and make this “our” home and not just another house. This program has allowed us to get our kids settled and they don’t have to worry if we are going to be moving again soon or changing schools or meeting new friends in another neighborhood. Our goal is to use this program to set our future. We were given a chance to prove we are credit worthy. I would like to give someone else that chance one day. I want to be the person that your office can come to when you are looking for an investor. I think this program is an excellent way to rebuild a payment history, settle a family into a home of their choosing and offer a big step into re-establishing the personal pride of home ownership for someone who did not think they could own a home.
