The Story of My Friend Roger, A Mortgage Lender
"Hi, Roger isn't my real name but I am a mortgage lender. After more than 15 years in the business I have helped probably several hundred people find the money to buy or refinance their homes. So for clarity's sake, we unfortunately can't help those that can't afford to pay at the very least $1,400for a monthly payment. This means that you must have at the very least $4,200 of income every month. The more a family can afford for a monthly payment, obviously, the more of a home we can purchase for them. Traditional mortgage banking dictates that you can have up to 1/3rd of your income committed as a monthly payment for a home. (For example: if you have a $5,000 per month income divided by 1/3rd means you can have a monthly payment of $1,666 per month.)
Those That Don't See The Value In Trading Their Current Life For A Better One. We are about much more than just changing your housing situation.
